- Online Marketing Manager
Blooms Today, a National sales and marketing company for the floral industry, is looking for an Online Marketing Manager to work out of our corporate office in Haymarket, Virginia.
DUTIES:- This position is responsible for driving online acquisition strategies and tactics (e.g., search, affiliate, portal, display advertising, SEO, etc.).
- Responsible for customer acquisition strategies and tactics. Lead team to optimize and grow customers and sales from portals, search, affiliate, comparison shopping, media and organic search programs.
- Manage search vendor relationship. Continue to optimize and grow keywords, ROI and profit.
- Oversee portals and affiliates: work with internal and external teams to facilitate and implement online programs, negotiate affiliate revenue shares. Set up monthly calls with portals and affiliates to review performance and determine opportunities. Review placements to assure the Blooms Today brand is represented appropriately by partners.
- Drive enhancements to optimize organic search. Develop quality control and assure ongoing maintenance of partner data feeds.
- Determine goals and analyze performance (e.g., sessions, orders, conversion, sales, aov, costs to order, ROI and LTV).
- Investigate, negotiate and present new partnerships focused on acquiring new customers.
- Manage Marketing Analyst who is responsible for portals, affiliate, blogs and media analysis.
- Provide direction and oversee negotiations.
- Manage and communicate acquisition budget and forecast.
- Work with senior management, agency and full line marketing team on multi-channel media (e.g., online display ads and local marketing).
- Support drive-to-site online advertising.
- Oversee PR relationship including: product placement, editorial and industry coverage.
- 4-6 years in marketing, with online marketing or agency experience
- 2 years analytics
